Service Description

For some people being outside in nature is therapeutic in itself. Nature and moving your body can be helpful when trying to work through what's going on for you. We would meet at an agreed time and location. You would set the pace and we can stop and sit if that feels helpful. We will agree in advance what we'll do if we see someone either of us know.
